Project description
Low technical language competences represent considerable limitations in the implementation of professional actions and learning activities. Working tasks are often not grasped and thus implemented inaccurately or with a time delay.
In the project "Success through professional language," concepts for improving the technical language competences of adolescents and young adults are being developed and tested over the project period of three years. In addition, training needs of educational staff will be identified and corresponding training offers will be designed to strengthen their competences in accompanying the target group.
The aim of the project is to make people with low technical language competences in vocational training fit for professional communication in the training and at the workplace. This paves them the way to be successful in trainings, to become a competent employee and to integrate successfully into society. At the same time, the project "Success through professional language" secures skilled workers and develops them for the future.
